The key limits on what the information on this site is, and on how far it can be relied on. The Terms of Use govern; this page summarises them in plain words.

Everything on renewablevision.com.sa is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal, engineering, tax or other professional advice, it is not an offer or a solicitation, and it is not a recommendation to make any investment or decision. Do your own due diligence and take professional advice before you act.

Sources and accuracy

Figures are compiled from public and third-party sources, named on each page and in the register of sources with the date each was last retrieved or updated. They include the KAPSARC Renewable Projects Tracker, the Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) project register, NASA POWER, the IEA CCUS and hydrogen project databases, Natural Earth, and the Esri, HERE, Garmin and OpenStreetMap basemap. The data is provided as is and may contain errors, omissions or delays. Check any figure that matters against its original source.

Modelled and forward-looking figures

Figures that are modelled, estimated or forward-looking are labelled as such. They rest on stated assumptions, are indicative only, and are neither forecasts nor guarantees of any outcome.

Approximate locations

Project locations are approximate and shown for orientation only. They are not surveyed positions.

Maps and boundaries

Borders and place names come from the cited sources and imply no position on any territorial claim or on the status of any territory.

No affiliation

Renewable Vision is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any ministry, government body, SPPC, KAPSARC, NASA, the IEA or any company shown on the site, unless the site says so.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Renewable Vision accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. The full terms, including the limits on liability, are in the Terms of Use.

Corrections

If you find something wrong, tell us through the corrections page. Every report is checked against the sources.

Standing disclaimers

Three labels recur next to modelled figures and partner or counterparty language across this site. Each is defined once here and applies wherever it is attached to a number or a status.

Indicative · Modelled economic outputs, IRR, NPV, payback and revenue per tonne, are indicative until validated at pilot scale.

Pending 90-day diligence · Attaches to any partner or counterparty status that is not yet formalised. It is never used to present an unconfirmed relationship as final.

No-double-counting documented · Attaches to MRV and credit-pathway language. It states that distinct claims — for example an embedded fuel claim and a separate removal or storage claim — are documented separately, never combined.

Disclaimers

  1. 01Renewable Vision is not presented as a DNA-accredited VVB unless formal accreditation has been obtained.
  2. 02Renewable Vision may support project preparation, MRV evidence management, and coordination with accredited VVBs.
  3. 03Validation and verification opinions must be issued only by DNA-accredited VVBs.
  4. 04Any future Renewable Vision assurance activity must comply with GCOM criteria, sectoral scope accreditation, impartiality, conflict-of-interest, and quality management requirements.
  5. 05A project supported by Renewable Vision Advisory should not be validated or verified by the same legal or operational unit unless conflict-of-interest rules are fully satisfied and permitted by GCOM.
