Terms of sale.

We sell digital products only. Each one is produced and delivered automatically from the data on this site. None of them includes consulting, meetings or any other work done by a person.

Market briefing: a PDF report on one market and one sector, built from our data: the projects and plants, their owners and stages, and the source of each record. Paid once.

Target list: a spreadsheet of the projects, plants and companies that match the market and sector you choose, with the source of each record. Paid once.

Tender and award watch: email alerts when projects, tenders and awards change in the markets and sectors you choose. A monthly subscription.

The product page and the checkout show what each product includes, and its price, before you pay.

Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency shown there. Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, and issues the invoice.

Paddle takes payment when you place the order. We never see or store your card details.

A product paid for once is delivered by email to the address given at checkout, and to your account if you are a member: usually within minutes, and at the latest within one business day of payment.

If a delivery does not arrive, email contact@renewablevision.com.sa and we will send it again or refund you in full.

The tender and award watch is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, from the link in any receipt from Paddle or by emailing contact@renewablevision.com.sa. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

After cancellation the alerts stop. Files and alerts already sent to you remain yours to use under these terms.

If the price of a subscription changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

You may use what you buy within your organisation, including in internal reports and presentations and in work for your own clients, keeping the source line shown with the data (see How to cite).

You may not resell, republish or redistribute the files themselves, or share access to them with another organisation.

Data taken from third-party sources keeps its own licence terms; the source line on each record names the source.

Every product is built from the sources named in it, as of the date it states. It is information only, not investment, financial, legal or other professional advice. To report a figure you believe is wrong, use the corrections page.

You can have a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. The refund policy sets out how.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Terms of Use also apply to your use of the site.

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
