The offer

Free tools for every company, and one free review for each of the first ten.

The portal holds the GCOM preparation tools you would otherwise pay a consultant for: the company workspace with the GCOM journey, the self-assessment, the VVB readiness simulator and the evidence data room. It is built around GCOM's published Criteria, Standards and Procedures (November 2024).

Work done by people on the RV team stays paid and is priced per engagement. The one exception is the readiness review each founding company receives.

Free for every company

  • A company workspace that follows each project through the eight GCOM steps, from preparation and planning to credit issuance, with your team invited by email.
  • The evidence data room: each project's PDD, ownership evidence, permits, additionality and monitoring documents in one place. 100 MB of storage per company, files up to 20 MB.
  • The project self-assessment: 19 readiness dimensions, a methodology match, and an indicative credit volume and revenue at five price scenarios.
  • The VVB readiness simulator: seven checklists mapped to GCOM's documents for Validation and Verification Bodies.
  • The VVB marketplace: a reference list of verification bodies.

Also for the 10 founding companies

  • One GCOM Project Readiness Review, normally SAR 25,000 to 75,000, free of charge.
  • Its deliverables: a GCOM readiness score, an eligibility memo, an evidence gap list, an additionality risk assessment and a validation-readiness checklist.
  • Carried out by the RV team on one project the company chooses.

About the GCOM Project Readiness Review

Eligibility

Who can take a founding place.

  1. A company with a Saudi Commercial Registration (CR), registered in the portal.
  2. The CR verified by the RV team.
  3. At least one project in the workspace with a plausible pathway under GCOM.
  4. Registered and verified no later than 31 December 2026, within the first 10 companies to qualify.

Places are limited by the RV team's capacity. Whether a project has a plausible GCOM pathway is the RV team's decision for this offer only; it is not an opinion on validation.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Register your company in the portal

Sign in with your work email, register the company with its CR number, and add at least one project.

  2. The RV team verifies the CR

The RV team checks the Commercial Registration against the company's details. Until then, the company shows as pending verification.

  3. The readiness review is scheduled

For a founding company, the RV team contacts you to agree the project, the scope and the dates of the GCOM Project Readiness Review.

What it is not

Preparation, not assurance.

  • Not validation or verification. Validation and verification opinions are issued only by Validation and Verification Bodies accredited by the Designated National Authority (DNA).
  • Not accreditation. Renewable Vision is not a DNA-accredited Validation and Verification Body, and a readiness review does not accredit, certify or approve a project.
  • Not credit issuance. Credits are issued on the GCOM registry operated by the DNA. The portal's ledger tracks records and is not the registry of record.
  • Not an affiliation. Renewable Vision acts independently and is not affiliated with the DNA, the Ministry of Energy or any other government body.

Your evidence

Your company owns what it uploads.

  • Renewable Vision accesses your evidence only to run the platform, keep it secure and deliver services your company asks for.
  • It is never published, sold or shared without your company's written permission. The public registry shows only the summary of projects your company itself takes to registration.
  • From your evidence, Renewable Vision may publish only aggregate counts that identify no company.
  • Files are stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1), outside Saudi Arabia: 100 MB per company, files up to 20 MB.
  • Evidence is kept while the account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a written deletion request unless the law requires otherwise.
