- 01Renewable Vision is not presented as a DNA-accredited VVB unless formal accreditation has been obtained.
- 02Renewable Vision may support project preparation, MRV evidence management, and coordination with accredited VVBs.
- 03Validation and verification opinions must be issued only by DNA-accredited VVBs.
- 04Any future Renewable Vision assurance activity must comply with GCOM criteria, sectoral scope accreditation, impartiality, conflict-of-interest, and quality management requirements.
- 05A project supported by Renewable Vision Advisory should not be validated or verified by the same legal or operational unit unless conflict-of-interest rules are fully satisfied and permitted by GCOM.

We provide project readiness reviews, PDD and methodology support, digital MRV data rooms, VVB coordination, and carbon asset monetisation support. We sit between project owners and DNA-accredited Validation and Verification Bodies.

Our own accreditation track
Renewable Vision Assurance is being prepared against the GCOM VVB Criteria, Standards and Procedures, alongside ISO 14065 and ISO 17029 management systems. Accreditation is granted by the Designated National Authority only. We are not a DNA-accredited Validation and Verification Body today.

Our own accreditation track (not a client engagement)
Service 06 describes the impartiality framework, quality-management roadmap, competence map and accreditation document set we are preparing for ourselves. It is not offered as a client engagement and carries no price band. We are not a DNA-accredited Validation and Verification Body today.
Client journey
From project idea to issued credit.

Independence architecture
Advisory and assurance are structurally separate.
GCOM Criteria section 1.1.2 prohibits the same body from performing both validation and verification of the same project. Renewable Vision separates advisory from assurance in how the work is organised and in the controls applied to it.
Our assurance line is designed to stay separate from advisory through eight controls: separate staff, separate reporting line, separate document access, separate client engagement records, an independent review committee, restricted project assignment, automated conflict screening, and a signed declaration before any assurance engagement is accepted.
This is a governance design the company commits to and applies. It is not presented as an audited or externally certified fact.
Renewable Vision also develops its own carbon and hydrogen project work. Where an advisory engagement touches a pathway we develop, we disclose it at scoping.
Renewable Vision is not a DNA-accredited Validation and Verification Body.
Separate staff
Assurance personnel do not work on the same project as advisory personnel.
Separate reporting line
Advisory and assurance report through separate lines, with the assurance line reporting to the independent impartiality review committee.
Separate document access
Distinct repositories with role-based access. Cross-access is logged and reviewed.
Separate client engagement records
No shared engagement record. Each engagement is filed under its own line of work.
Independent review committee
An impartiality review committee, following GCOM Standards section 3.5.
Restricted project assignment
Assignment is blocked where an advisory engagement exists on the same project.
Automated conflict screening
Run before any assurance engagement is accepted.
Declaration before engagement
A signed conflict-of-interest declaration before any assurance work begins.
