05A project supported by Renewable Vision Advisory should not be validated or verified by the same legal or operational unit unless conflict-of-interest rules are fully satisfied and permitted by GCOM.

VVB Coordination Desk

The validation or verification engagement is where calendar time and cost can balloon. Most of the slippage comes from disorganised packages, slow responses to findings, and unclear ownership of corrective actions. The coordination desk addresses all three: we screen VVBs against the project, structure the package, and run the response tracker through the closing of every finding.
