Sectors
Six sectors where our projects, data and studies apply, and the study types that fit each one.
01
Saudi Arabia's National Renewable Energy Programme has driven a rapid build-out of utility-scale solar and wind capacity, and new generation and grid-integration tenders continue to reach the market. Buyers in this sector need feasibility screening, market sizing and policy tracking that keeps pace with the tender calendar.

02
Publicly announced decarbonisation roadmaps at major Saudi industrial operators, and the phased entry into force of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) from 2026, are pushing refining and petrochemical operators to quantify abatement options. Capital decisions on abatement pathways need techno-economic grounding before commitment.

03
Cement and other heavy-industry processes carry some of the highest process emissions per tonne of output, and operators increasingly need to benchmark abatement costs against international peers. Energy-efficiency retrofits and clinker-substitution options are the levers most often screened first.

04
Saudi ports sit at the centre of proposed green ammonia and e-fuel export routes, where offtake, capital expenditure and logistics all have to clear feasibility before a final investment decision. Our 2025 port and hydrogen-derivatives feasibility study addressed exactly this question.

Sustainable aviation fuel blending mandates under the EU's ReFuelEU Aviation framework, and offsetting obligations under the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), are beginning to shape long-haul route economics. Airlines and fuel suppliers serving Saudi and GCC routes need early market and policy studies to plan feedstock and blending strategy.

06
Saudi data-centre IT load is growing quickly as compute demand rises, and power procurement, siting and grid-connection studies increasingly determine which projects proceed. RV Intelligence already tracks this build-out, and the same evidence base underlies the market and feasibility studies buyers in this sector commission.
