If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, email contact@renewablevision.com.sa within 14 days of the payment and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
This applies to every product paid for once and to each monthly payment of a subscription.
How the money comes back
Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders, returns the money to the payment method you used.
You can also ask Paddle directly, using the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future payments. The terms of sale explain how to cancel.
