Report an error or request a correction.

We check every report against the sources and correct what is wrong. This page says what to send, how a report is reviewed and how long it takes.

What to send

  • The page address, and the figure, statement, map or chart concerned.
  • What you believe is wrong, and what you believe is correct.
  • Your source, with a link or a copy where you can.
  • Your name and how to reach you. If you act for an organisation named on the page, say which one.

How a report is reviewed

  1. We acknowledge the report.
  2. We check it against the source the page names, and against the source you give.
  3. If the page is wrong, we correct it. A material change to a dataset is dated in the change ledger.
  4. If the page matches its source and the source itself may be wrong, we tell you, and we may add a note or ask the publisher.
  5. We tell you the outcome and the reason for it.

These are targets, not guarantees. A report that needs the original publisher to confirm a figure can take longer, and we will tell you if it does. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Copyright and intellectual-property notices

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a notice by email with: contact@renewablevision.com.sa

  • your name and contact details;
  • the work or right you say is infringed;
  • the address of the material, and where on the page it appears;
  • why you believe its use is not authorised;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you own the right or are authorised to act for its owner;
  • your signature, for which a typed name is enough.

We review each notice promptly. Where a notice is complete and appears valid, we may remove the material or disable access to it while we review it, tell the person who provided it where we can, and restore it if the notice proves unfounded. A notice that is knowingly false may expose its sender to liability.
