Use this form to exercise a right under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law: to see the data held about you, to have a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw a consent you gave.

Your rights

To be told what personal data is collected, why and on what basis. The privacy policy states it.
To access the data held about you.
To receive a copy of it in a readable, commonly used format.
To have it corrected, completed or updated.
To have it deleted when it is no longer needed, or when you ask, unless the law requires it to be kept.
To withdraw a consent you gave, at any time. This does not affect what was done before.
To complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority.

A member can delete their account, and everything linked to it, from the account page without writing to us.

How a request is handled

The request is stored and the company is notified at once.
Before any data is disclosed, changed or deleted, we confirm that the request comes from the person the data is about, usually by writing to the address we hold.
The answer is sent in writing to the address on the request.
The request and how it was handled are kept as a record that it was answered.
